By using https://saltandpaw.dog or requesting a grooming appointment through it, you agree to these terms.

Requests are not confirmed bookings

Sending the availability form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment exists only once we, or the grooming partner fulfilling it, confirm a date and time with you by text, call or email.

Pricing

Prices shown on the site are starting prices by dog size. The final price depends on coat condition, matting, breed and any add-ons you choose, and is confirmed with you at pickup before grooming begins. Payment is due when the groom is complete.

Grooming partners

Appointments may be performed by a vetted, independently licensed and insured local grooming partner. Where that is the case, the partner is responsible for the grooming service itself and you will be told who is coming before the appointment.

Your dog

You confirm that your dog is current on required vaccinations, that you have told us about any health conditions, aggression or handling concerns, and that someone over 18 will hand off and receive the dog. We may decline or stop a groom if a dog is unsafe to handle or shows signs of illness, and a partial fee may apply for work already done.

Cancellations and access

Please give at least 24 hours notice to move or cancel a confirmed appointment. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or an inaccessible curb or driveway on arrival may be charged a fee of up to half the quoted price. The van needs a legal, level parking spot at your address.

Photos

We may take photos of your dog during the groom to send to you. We will not use them in marketing without asking you first.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to the site or a groom is limited to the amount you paid for that groom. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
