Salt & Paw Mobile Grooming (“Salt & Paw”, “we”, “us”) operates https://saltandpaw.dog. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you request availability we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), your dog's name, breed and size, the service you are interested in, your neighborhood, preferred timing and any notes. We also record the time of the request, the page you came from, campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example utm_source or fbclid), your browser type and a one-way hash of your IP address for spam protection.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your request, to schedule and perform grooming services, to send booking-related messages, and to understand which ads and pages bring people to the site. We do not sell your information to data brokers and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Grooming appointments may be fulfilled by a vetted, independently licensed local grooming partner. To schedule and perform your appointment we share your request details with that partner, who may contact you directly. We also use service providers that host the site, store the data and deliver email or text notifications on our behalf. We may disclose information when required by law.

Text messages

If you leave the text-message box checked, you agree to receive booking-related texts from us or our grooming partner at the number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking a groom.

Cookies and advertising pixels

This site may use the Meta Pixel and similar tools to measure the results of our advertising, for example whether someone who clicked an ad later sent a request. These tools set cookies and may share limited browsing data with the platform that provides them. You can limit this through your browser settings and the ad preferences of those platforms.

Retention and security

We keep booking requests for as long as we need them to provide services and keep business records, then delete or anonymize them. Data is stored with reputable cloud providers and is transmitted over encrypted connections.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by replying to any message from us or by sending a new request through the form with that instruction in the notes. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion; we honor those requests without discrimination.

Children

The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
